Refund policy

At Figure Fusion 3D, we strive to create the best possible 3D models and Color 3D prints for our customers. However, please note that certain features may not translate perfectly in a 3D scan, such as hats with a brim.

If, after we process your model, we determine that the quality of the model is not up to our standards, we will inform you and provide a full refund. You will also have the opportunity to review and approve the model before we proceed with printing.

If you reject the model during the review process, we will not print it, the file will not be made available, and a refund will be issued to you promptly.

Once you approve the model and we proceed with printing and shipping, the sale is considered final, and no further refunds or returns will be accepted.
